As a Yoga teacher, focused on the philosophy, mindfulness and gentle, nurturing movement, I will help you to connect to your innner world, your true self and find your ease of mind.

My classes, suitable for all levels and ages, are led with a strong emphasis on breath and intentional movement.
With a warm, grounded and inclusive attitude, I strive to make everyone in the class feel welcome and comfortable, encouraging a non-competitive nature, playfulness and exploration within each movement and breath. 

It is particularly important to me that my students understand the bigger picture of what they are doing in Yoga, which in my opinion is the key to getting on.
